Neuigkeiten aus den USA von meinem Freund Marty.
Die Teams Kath und Kuno können mit ihren derzeitigen PM`s nicht mehr in den USA Rennen fahren!
Bin gespannt, ob das Reglement auch hier in Europa für 2007 Gültigkeit hat.

Both the IHRA and AMS Pro Mod Challenge Series (NHRA) have said they WILL
NOT allow LATE MODEL Pro Mods in 2008.
This would mean any new body styles like GTO's, New Vettes and Mustangs as
well as Dodge Stratus and Vipers would not be allowed in 2007.
Kath and Kuno would not be allowed.
Basically there are to many issues about weight, aerodynamics and nitrous
verses blowers.
The ADRL (1/8 mile only) will allow all cars to run in Pro Extreme and Pro
Nitrous categories. These cars were running 3.90's @ 199mph this year.
Joshua Hernandez from Houston Texas went 5.990 in his blown 68 Camaro to be
the first Pro Mod car to go into the fives legally in competition. He was at
an NHRA event racing in the AMS series a couple of months ago when he did
it. ....."
