Let's hope he makes it, they are just starting with Top fuel round three of qualifying. The funny cars were running good numbers so he has a good chance to run his fastest run ever, his run in Las Vagas made him the fastest Top Fuel racer from Europe. I think he can do it, let keep are fingers crossed.

Das ist Sch...................ade, ich hätte Urs einen schöneren Saison-Abschluß gewünscht.....:(
Und dabei noch 2 Blöcke geschlachtet, und 2mal Oildown Penalty gezahlt.............. :pissed:
Hoffentlich hat er viele Fans gefunden,
und vielleicht klappts ja wenigstens mit dem Biker Build-Off bei der Custombike,
ich werd Urs dort die Daumen drücken.
Und die 4,59 sind erstmal ne Hausnummer für nen europäischen Fueler,
das kann er hoffentlich in 08 auch bei uns..........:respekt:
Wer jetzt sagt : Geht nicht in Europa, Strecken in USA viel besser, etc etc :
Als Andy Carter im Quali zu den FIA Finals seine 4,70 gefahren hat,
war ihm ja bei ca. 1000ft. der Motor hochgegangen.
Laut Data Recording wäre das ne 4,57 geworden......:eek2:

schaaaade für urs, dass es dieses wochenende nicht geklappt hat - ich hätte es ihm und seiner crew schon sehr gewünscht. allerdings denke ich, dass es sich auf alle fälle gelohnt hat den trip zu machen - mit ner 4.5er zeit im gepäck die heimreise antreten zu können ist auf alle fälle mehr als geil :respekt: :respekt: :thumb: :eek2:
