Good track in Germany

We are some racers in Sweden that race in Competition. We have talked about making a tour next year maybe down to Germany too. What tracks are good for Competition cars in Germany? It must be a good prepped track.

for sure you should come to the Wittstock Airbase in 2008 and the
NitrOlympX 2008 at Hockenheim.
What about Vandel in Denmark and Drachten in Holland?

We would like to come down to Germany 2008. Do you have any info when the race at Wittstock will be? Is that outside Berlin oder?
How many ran Comp in Wittstock 2007?

Hi, wittstock about 80 KM north of berlin, the exact date will be postet by the karth borthers in the next time, will be June July I think.

well prepared Track with many glue and rubber, Timo Habermann in his TMD ran a 6 flat as track record.

how many comp cars there were... i think something like an 8 car field...
i guess next jear there will be SuPro E.T. as well...

so feel welcome... was a great race in 2007, will be greater in 2008.

P.S.:
Another good prepped track is 70 Km south of Berlin,
the www.mza-luckau.com
For SC and CE it just an eighth mile, as the runout is a little rough.
And there is Hockenheim, host of the www.nitrolympx.de

I`m racing in D/A class in Comp. This far we are running -.690 under index in the 1/4 at Mantorp but in a 1/8 track at Malmö we ran -.450 under index. So we haven`t tried to keep full throttle yet at 1/4 mile.(ha ha).
This is with a 358 cui sbc engine. 7.71 / 283 km/h 1/4 mile.

4.84/228 km/h 1/8 mile.

sorry I completely forgot about MZA Luckau.
Maybe because there is only a 1/8 Mile.
I hope Benni's links and Dragstrippers photos will guide you guys down to us.
The three track were well pepared in 2007 with help from Sweden and the US-boys.
It would be great to see the DareDevil's down here with us. :thumb:
