How's this for public "Street Racing" in the US

How does this look to you guys, you guys do any street racing? Look at the street, this is a publick road, prepped over years of use, it is a sticky as a tack!
I think this picture proves that , you dont see too many wheelies on the street like this one!
Chicago has a huge scene like this , how is the scene in Germany!
