Nope , Frank just payed the entry ( twice ) to boost up the number of entries and because he wanted Dragracing to survive in Holland.
He definitly got more spirit than some of the German racers...

Please keep in mind that from the 140 teams entered at least 50 percent is parked on grass.
This grass will transform into mud after some rain showers ,which eventually find it´s way on to the track...
