CRX driver,

Allow me to say the following:

- Replacing your B16 for an H22 or H23 can be an option. Though there are examples of B18 engines running All Motor and still hit 11s et. Spoon sells stroker kits to get 1.8 from a B16 engine.
- When you start working on your engine assure that the underblock is strong. Select only forged stuff. Make sure that the valves can resist quite some heat (just to be safe when you decide to have a turbo or N2O.
- Make sure you can run some mickey thompson or hoosier or Toyo tyres on the front. They both supply import sizes now. This gives you the bite you want to get good reation times.
- If the car goes out racing quite often and you are OK with a bad idle selct a 4-1 exhaust header over a 4-2-1.
- To get into the 10s et you will have a race car and definately need weely bars to get the traction you want.
- Get the flex out of your chassis by using poly urethane bushings in you engine, transmission and differential mounting brackets.
- Buy a good strong clutch and diff that can handle the power.

As OSL member you can get discounts on many of the above mentioned products and do not forget you may run N2O and slicks. A NX N2O kit is yours for Euro 695,- and that is a wet system so it does not hurt the engine as much as a dry system.

Want more advize? Drop me a note, we do many Honda's.

Greetz,

Don
